Greetings BART Team
Recently there has been alot of chatter on the internet, and between brigades and units, that BART may start charging brigades to use BART in the future, with random numbers being thrown around as high a $1500 a year for a brigade to use the mobile app.
Im after the simple answer. Yes or No??
Is this true at all??
Im not for one prying into the runnings of the BART business side, but if a fee was to be introduced, this may adversely affect some brigades and units across the state which have very limited funds as it is.
Any confirmation either way would be nice to know.

The simple answer is No.
BART was created to assist you in helping our community. Our intention is to continue providing access to BART while we negotiate with the Victorian Government for funding. We appreciate that many brigades have limited funds and we want all brigades to have access to BART and for you to continue the great work you do.
Please continue to use your pagers as the primary method of receiving your pager messages and thank you for this opportunity to clarify your question.
From all of us at the BART Team
